FLO-SSA training is designed around maximizing speed, strength, and agility (SSA) that is sport-specific, and customized to each participant’s range of motion, athletic ability, and identified needs. FLO-SSA training is geared toward allowing students of all ages to focus on their desired athletic and developmental goals. Key to FLO-SSA training is teaching students the need for a positive mental attitude, teamwork, and respect for all. FLO-SSA workouts combine the highest levels of mental and physical performance, while maintaining a focus on injury-prevention. FLO-SSA training was developed by a recognized expert of youth athletic training.
Classes are offered in semi-private and private format.
