CrossFit is a hybrid mix between functional exercises, gymnastics, high interval circuit training, and traditional Olympic lifts. Classes run an hour in length starting with preparation and warm-up and ending with a high intensity workout running between 20-40 minutes. Show your true colors and push yourself past what your mind has set as physical limitations. Bring a winning attitude and plenty of water. BrawlHouse CrossFit is designed to foster an environment where you are part of a team. In each class, you and your teammates motivate one another to accomplishing the work out of the day. Classes are offered in group format.
