BrawlHouse Boot Camp

Youth

BrawlHouse’s youth Boot Camp (“BHBC”) training program is run by former Marine, Jon Veras.  BHBC is a dynamic program for kids age 7 and above.  The program is a combination of dynamic stretching and running, followed by a wide variety of interval training, including lifting & pulling objects, pushups/situps, body squats, burpees, and competitive games.   The benefits of BHBC program for kids includes fat loss, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, camaraderie and team effort.   The idea is that everyone involved works at their own pace as they team up and work towards one goal.

BHBC program provides social support for those taking part. The program is designed to allow athletes to make friends and socialize as they exercise.

BrawlHouse Boot Camp is offered:

Monday to Friday:  4:00 to 4:45 pm

Adult

BrawlHouse’s Adult Boot Camp program is a dynamic program that combines stretching and running, followed by a wide variety of interval training, including lifting & pulling objects, pushups/situps, body squats, burpees, and military style obstacles.

BHBC offers athletes a number of benefits including fat loss, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, camaraderie and team effort. The idea is that everyone involved works at their own pace as they team up and work towards one goal.

Adult Boot Camp is offered:

Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 5:30 to 6:30 am

Wednesday: 8:00 to 9:00 pm
