Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (ages 5 and above) – offered Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
Wrestling (ages 5 and above) – offered Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday. Classes are determined by age and skill level.
Muay Thai / Kickboxing (ages 5 and above) – offered Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
Boxing (ages 10 and above) – Offered Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
Speed Strength & Agility Training (age 10 and above) – Offered Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday
Boot Camp (age 7 and above) – Offered Wednesday, Friday & Saturday
Taekwondo (age 2.5 and above) – Offered Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
